These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ku7 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

By registering an account on ku7, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the ku7 platform.

1. Eligibility

- You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of ku7 or any of its affiliated companies or technology providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person, when using the platform for wagering purposes.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one account on ku7 only. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and potential restriction from re-registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). ku7 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
- Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified ku7 of unauthorised access at [email protected].
- ku7 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to closure, ku7 will attempt to contact you at the registered mobile number. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.
- You must keep your registration details up to date. Changes to your mobile number or other personal information must be communicated to ku7 support before attempting any withdrawal.
- ku7 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ku7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ku7 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary depending on the transaction type.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. ku7 does not charge fees on standard wallet deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
- All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawals to a different method are permitted only where the original method is no longer active, subject to additional KYC verification.
- ku7 processes approved withdrawal requests within standard processing times. Wallet-based withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within five minutes of approval. Card withdrawals may take 1-5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
- ku7 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected. Processing of such withdrawals may be temporarily delayed pending the outcome of these checks.
- Deposits made to a ku7 account must be used for wagering. ku7 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where deposited funds have not been actively used on the platform and where there is reasonable suspicion of deposit-and-withdrawal activity without genuine gambling intent.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
ku7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. The following general bonus terms apply across all ku7 promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus must be wagered twenty times).
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Where ku7 detects that multiple accounts have been created to claim the same welcome bonus, all associated accounts will be suspended and bonuses forfeited.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between players. Bonus balances cannot be used to participate in certain game types as specified within individual promotion terms.
- ku7 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where ku7 reasonably believes that a player is abusing or attempting to abuse a promotional offer.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements of the associated promotion.
5. Betting and Game Rules
All betting and gaming activity on ku7 is subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the platform.
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by ku7, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to review the details of any bet before confirmation.
- In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a live bet or casino game round, ku7 will endeavour to settle the affected bet based on the last confirmed game state recorded in our systems. Where this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
- ku7 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a system error or data feed issue. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full in such cases.
- Maximum win limits per bet and per event may apply. Where a player's winnings on a single event or game round exceed the stated maximum payout threshold, ku7 will settle the bet at the applicable maximum amount.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform.
- Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or ku7 itself.
- Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share account access for wagering purposes, or coordinating betting activity in a manner designed to circumvent the platform's risk management systems.
- Attempting to launder money or use the ku7 platform as a vehicle for any financial crime, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection thresholds.
- Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction. This includes submitting altered or counterfeit identity documents.
7. Responsible Gaming
ku7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following provisions form part of our Responsible Gaming commitment and are binding on ku7.
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time through their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Once a limit is set, it takes immediate effect and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
- Players may request a temporary time-out (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or logins will be permitted.
- Players who wish to self-exclude permanently may contact ku7 support at [email protected] to initiate a full self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, ku7 will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from accessing their account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ku7's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited as follows:
- ku7 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind, whether foreseeable or not, arising out of your use of the platform.
- ku7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to live data feeds that affect betting markets.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ku7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
9. Amendments and Governing Law
ku7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ku7 will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting an updated version of these Terms on the platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and electronic commerce in the jurisdiction under which ku7 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ku7's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
